Introducing A&J Computers

For those of you who haven't met us before I'd like to take a few moments to introduce ourselves & let you know who we are.

Through the years we've found that we like our customers to be our friends, so we can help as much as possible, & to do our very best for you. Our customers keep returning to us because not only do we try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, we also tell the truth.

Approaching our tenth year in business now, you will find both ourselves, and our retail shop outlet in Long Eaton both friendly and approachable. You can see who we are and where we are. No P.O. Box number, no unknown faces, unknown addresses, or working from our house somewhere hidden away.

Our business strategy has been simple but effective. No mass advertising. We have never gone into advertising in a big way. All of our business growth has been through word of mouth. A simple way of growing...... Do your best for people and they will return to you. This has been our business aims throughout the years.

If you don't need a piece of hardware to do what you want to do, we'll tell you. If you've been told you need the fastest PC on the Earth with a Gazillion GB Hard drive and vast amounts of RAM to do your word processing, we'll tell you that's rubbish. We'll tell you just what you need, then it's up to you if you want to go any higher.

Our first question for you as you sit down to discuss the spec of your new PC will be "What do you want to use it for?". And when it comes to upgrading your PC, our advice will be just as impartial, explaining the different avenues you can go, and the advantages of each.

When you have any problems with your PC, being local, we're on the doorstep. You bring your machine in to us, we fix it, on the spot if we can, and you take it away. No £1+ per minute phone calls, no salesman trying to get you to have that bit more, just good, old fashioned, solid help & service.

I hope you'll call in to see us & find out, we'll be glad to see you, and it could be the very best move you've ever made.
